The company headquarters is relocated to Dornacherstrasse in Basel.

Mr. Peter Pfister joins the company; he later becomes managing director of the company.

Acquisition of warehouse facilities in Wöschnau SO.

1987
|
Sole proprietorship converted into a public limited company.

1989
|
The company headquarters is relocated to Wöschnau SO.

Mr. Peter Pfister takes over the company.

1993
|
Dr. Ritter steps down from the board of directors due to age.

The company relocates to the new business premises in Olten SO.

|
The “counter presentation and culinary products” division spins off as the newly established affiliated company Rigaflex AG.

Succession plan put in place in line with a management buy-in. Mr. Christian Lutz becomes the new managing director. The company has 16 employees at this time.

Continuous expansion of the product range and customer base, staff increased to 20 employees, and the company headquarters is relocated from Olten SO to Erlinsbach SO.

The product range for the “Home & Living” division is extended and new sales channels developed.

Acquisition of a commercial property in Erlinsbach SO and expansion of warehouse capacities and offices; the number of employees is now 25.

Ritter Products currently has 25 employees.
